Cool first, then transport for suspected heat stroke. Ice tub on site. Acclimatize the first 14 days.
Water always available. Sports drink for long/hot sessions. Watch both dehydration and over-drinking.
Honor the game. Let coaches coach. Zero tolerance for abuse of kids, officials, or opponents.
